Our Management staff shares more then 30 years of experience in retail & distributor sales and truly understands what it takes to deliver a the best customer experience. What is your Shipping Policy?
Our Fulfillment Center operates Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. You will receive a shipment notification e-mail with your tracking as soon as your order is ready to ship. Upon checkout you will be able to select your desired method of service(Ground, 3-Day, Next Air). If you need rush service or you need your item by a specific date, please call us at (866)-98-MALIBU. We will do our best to accommodate your request(additional fees may apply). We gladly ship to PO Boxes & APO Addresses via USPS. However, please note that large/bulky items and items weighing more then 50lbs will require a Physical Address. International Shipping: We ship Worldwide and are proud to service a large international customer base. Please check our shipping calculator for shipping options and rates to your country.Please note that some items may not be available for international shipping.Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

What is your Return Policy?
Items purchased at Malibu Wholesale can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. You may return this item for a Full Refund, including Original Shipping. There is a 20% Restocking Fee on all returned items. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.To return an item just E-mail sales@malibuwholesale.com for an RA # and return instructions. All items returned without a valid RA # will be refused by the shipping department. PLEASE NOTE: All returned items must be unopened and/or in new, re-sellable condition(including original packaging) in order to receive credit.
